Through an educational lens and personal lived experiences, I am a firm believer in the saying “ it’s ok not to be ok”. With expertise working with clients from all walks of life, one thing that I find we all have in common is that we all have a past and we all have a future.
However, sometimes past experiences seem to weigh us down making it heavier on us to move forward. With a holistic and nonjudgemental standpoint, I create a safe space to lift the rug and reveal things that may be hindering the optimal functioning of a person's being.
I like to set clients up for success by aiding in filling their tool box with coping strategies, techniques, and skills to tackle everyday life. I have a high passion for helping others and experience with children, anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, anger, grief, and self harming individuals by utilizing a CBT, DBT, and play therapy.
