Welcome! My name is Dontryse, I am a Certified Social Worker with several years of experience providing extensive direct mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. My passion for social work came to fruition while in high school. I shared empathy and held space for my peers, as we navigated and overcame challenges. Since then my goal has been to provide a safe space for adults, adolescents, and families. My vision is to diminish the negative narrative of mental health, while educating and creating a safe space for adults, adolescents, and families. I take pride in being a mental health therapist of color and relatable resource for all! I am excited and honored to assist you in navigating the best version of you!
